White Card training in central Penrith
National White Card Courses has been running White Card courses since May 2021, at Suite 9/513-519 High Street, above Subway. It’s one of our busiest training venues, a short walk from Penrith Station and Westfield Penrith.
We’ve had over 300 reviews from students who’ve come through this training centre.
Our courses only cost $99. Bring 100 points of ID and come join the course, that’s it. We supply the PPE, pens and paper, so you don’t need to bring anything else. Tea and coffee facilities are available during scheduled breaks at no extra cost.
You get your Statement of Attainment straight after the course. We then send your application to SafeWork NSW, and they’ll post out the physical White Card within 2 to 4 weeks.
If you haven’t worked construction in over two years, check with us first, because you might need a refresher before you’re back on site.

What do I need to bring with me on training day?
The correct ID is essential is one of the most important requirements for the White Card training. Please review our ID Requirements section before attending to ensure you have the right documents.
If you didn’t supply your USI (Unique Student Identifier) at enrolment, you’ll also need to bring that with you.
Other than that, just bring yourself and a positive attitude.
You’re not required to wear or bring any construction gear or PPE. Standard, comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes are fine. All necessary equipment and materials will be provided at the venue.
You’ll be fully prepared to complete your course and walk away with your official White Card immediately after you have finished.
How do I find the Penrith venue?
Our training centre is relatively simple to find. If you’re on High Street at the given address, you’ll spot the Subway takeaway shop. Between Subway and Cash Converters, there’s a flight of stairs.
Go up these stairs and you’ll find the training centre where we conduct the White Card course.
Location:
Suite 9 513-519 High St, Penrith NSW 2750 (positioned above the Subway shop on High Street)
Parking & Transport?
All-day parking is accessible at the nearby Judges Car Park on the top level, which is within a 200-metre radius from the venue.
As all-day parking can prove difficult, we advise using the top level of Judges Car Park, as it consistently has spaces available.

The venue is a 5-minute stroll from Penrith train station.
Do you have after hours courses or other course dates?
If you’re after an evening or after-hours course, we run these sessions at our Sydney City CBD location.
We also offer White Card courses at other convenient locations across Sydney and regional NSW.
You can view all venues and upcoming dates in one place on our NSW White Card page.
Can I get RPL for this course?
We do not offer RPL for any white card courses in Australia due to state regulations. You must attend the white card course to get a white card.
Language, Literacy and Numeracy Requirements
That means being able to read simple signs and short texts, write basic answers on forms, and follow verbal instructions during the session. A bit of basic numeracy helps too, like reading times or simple measurements.
If English is your second language, that’s completely fine. Just make sure you’re comfortable enough to participate and take in the safety content.
If you require LLN assistance, please let us know before booking. We may be able to offer support, make reasonable adjustments, or recommend alternative options.
