Your NSW White Card course, live on Zoom
You can attend from home or another suitable place in New South Wales. You’ll join a scheduled class with a trainer and other learners, ask questions as you go and complete your assessment during the session.
Allow six hours plus breaks for the course. The $125 fee includes the card fee. Check the calendar for your session’s start and finish times, and set aside the full session.
Before the day, complete the enrolment and ID steps in your confirmation email. Test your camera, microphone and internet connection, and put your PPE within reach for the practical demonstration.
After you successfully complete the training and assessment, we issue your Statement of Attainment. Your NSW card application is then submitted to SafeWork NSW, which posts the physical card to you.
If you’re unsure about your ID, equipment or English support needs, call us before booking. We’ll help you check whether Zoom is suitable or whether a classroom course would suit you better.

Language, Literacy and Numeracy Requirements
You don’t need to be fluent in English to do this course. A basic level is fine as long as you can follow along, understand safety instructions, and communicate with your trainer.
That means being able to read simple signs and short texts, write basic answers on forms, and follow verbal instructions during the session. A bit of basic numeracy helps too, like reading times or simple measurements.
If English is your second language, that’s completely fine. Just make sure you’re comfortable enough to participate and take in the safety content.
If you require LLN assistance, please let us know before booking. We may be able to offer support, make reasonable adjustments, or recommend alternative options.
